JIM BUTTON,

Holiday's Over

For the last two weeks I have been on a chemo holiday as a result of the neuropathic pain (see article).

The only way to stop the jolts of lightening was through constant movement. As I sat in a chair I would wiggle my feet in order to prevent the pain. But in true fashion, Amazon has a product that does the wiggle work for you and my lovely niece Jil purchased a pair for me.

They are awesome.

Yesterday I started back on a slightly reduced treatment of Cabozantinib. Started at 40mg, then 30mg now 20mg. Hopefully this dose keeps the positive momentum of tumour reduction as well as managing some of the side effects, especially the one that gives me a rash that turns into an electric generator.

Either way Iā€™m ready to see what may come my way.
